1.Prep your eyes with concealer Concealer can be used to cover up undereye circles or just the bluish discoloration just under your inner eye. To cover dark undereye circles, apply three dots of concealer under each eye. Start at the inner corner where skin tends to be darkest, then under the pupil and the third on the outer edge. Pat, never rub with your ring finger (this finger tends to have the softest pad) until it disappears. ShopNBC

2.Apply eye base to your lid Eye base is the secret to keeping your shadow in place for hours. Without properly priming your lid first, your eyeshadow will likely end up a greasy line in your crease.

3.Apply shadow. It’s great to use a three-toned shadow and build from lids to brow. Sweep the color across the lid and up to your browbone. Follow with a medium color across your lid only. Build on this with a darker color in the crease. Blend the colors well.

4.Follow with eyeliner Dark eyeshadows work great as eyeliners. Wet a slanted brush, then dip in a dark eyeshadow. Line eyes as close to the upper lashes as possible from the inner corner to the outer corner. Follow with liner on bottom eyes, but only line from the middle of the eye out. Smudge the bottom line with a Q-tip or your finger. You don’t want a prominent line. 5.Brighten your eyes with a highlighter This step involves only the inside part of the eye. With a gold or pink highlighter (white is too bright), draw a v-shaped shape that follows the inner corner of your eye from top to bottom. Blend with your fingers. This will help make eyes ‘pop.’ ShopNBC

6.Highlight your brow Take the same highlighter and dab it on your browbone, concentrating on your mid-brow outward. Blend with your finger.

7.Curl lashes An eyelash curler will make even long lashes look more gorgeous. For added effect, you can heat the curler under a blowdryer for a couple seconds. Test curler before applying to lashes because you could burn yourself.aswechange

8.Apply mascara Place the wand of your mascara brush at the bottom of lashes and wiggle back and forth. Follow with another few sweeps of the wand. Apply to bottom lashes as well.

Conqueror
Soldier Archetype Conquerors are strong and heavily armoured fighters usually found in the midst of combat. Their auras inspires everyone that fights with them. The class is mainly a melee class, with access to all types of armor and all types of blunt and edged weapons. They have access to some beneficial aura type magic.Dark Templar
Soldier ArchetypeDark Templars are fearsome warriors that utilize dark magic to inflict pain and drain the life force out of their opponents. It’s a melee class, but very adept at magic, especially life taps and the use of trinkets that increase their damage. They can use all armors and blunt weapons, plus thrown weapons and crossbows.
Guardian
Soldier ArchetypeGuardians stand firm like towers in the front of combat, knocking down enemies by the scores. They have no magic, but can take more punishment than anyone else. They can wear any type of armor, and wield one handed blunt and one handed edged weapons, polearms, thrown weapons and crossbows.

As usual Funcom sneaks in a massive amount of hidden or stealth nerfs and changes, some intresting things this time around. We’ll try to keep this updated as new things are discovered.
General
* Outdoor bosses seem to have an upgraded loot table now.
* Drop rate of blue items seems improved
* Harvesting bug introduced in last patch appears to be fixed.
* Some Normal mobs are hiting harder than they used to.

Mounts
* The Rhino has aparantly been given some new shoes- He no longer travels with a loud stomp.

NPCS
* Grey Elite mobs have lost their innate miss chance and damage reduction on significantly higher level characters. (will hurt high level players farming low level dungeons.)[this is a bug.]

Items
* Drawing ink is now 25s
* Parchment is now 50s
(Cost for drawing ink and parchment, for the architect profession has been lowered by 25s a piece, resulting in an overall cost reduction of 75 silver, making total cost 1.25 gold PER structure.)

Player Character’s

* Crimson shield (mage feat) is aparantly not working properly. The ability is supposed to add additional damage absorption with each feat point added. It appears that it is instead adding the “extra absorb amount” numerical value to your HP pool. So instead of gaining additional damage absorption, you are simply gaining a slightly bigger HP pool with each feat point.

Assassin:
* The cooldown on the Assassin ability “Snap Kick” has been reduced to 45 seconds.

Bear Shaman
* The stamina, mana and health regeneration on the ability “Untamed Regeneration” has been reduced by approximately 40%. Additional damaged recieved has been increased from 10% to 15%.

Herald of Xotli
* Undying Glory of Xotli now gives you shield of risen after the self-res

Necromancer
* Spell: Death’s Terror - A Pet is no longer needed to cast the spell. However, If you have a pet out it will sacrifice it as usual.(bug?)

Dark Templar
* “Unhallowed Blight” now gives 5% unholy debuff, 25 second duration, and 20 second cool down. It was 2% unholy debuff, 12 second duration, with a 30 second cool down previously.

Confirmed Bugs Introduced
* Gems still do not appear on the Trader after being searched for.
* Major problems with gemmed items still being reported.
* No type of silk will show on auction house.
* Many reports of major FPS drops in many areas. (will continue to monitor this one for more info)
* Barb feat “Savage Rage” is aparantly broken, causing a pause after use where you can’t do anything.
* Possibly linked to the adjustments made to Elite Mob’s vs high levels, all mobs have been buffed with higher evasion, parry, and dodge. You may notice that your attacks are missing much more than usual.
* Several reports of Combo’s seemingly missing, yet the combat log doesnt register it as a missed attack.
* The res point in Thordealbach’s Tomb is bugged. The entrance no longer works as a res point and you now have to pick one in Fields of Dead and res there and run all the way back again. This means if your entire party whipes, that the instanse will reset due to everyone zonning out at the res point, making it impossible for you to retrieve your tombstones.

We have previously stated that we may re-use the tier 3 art models for the new version of Naxxramas. This was mainly because the armor models really fit the dungeon they were coming from and look really awesome.

Will we modify other tiers of armor and use them in Wrath of the Lich King? It’s possible, but I am also confident that new armor sets will be made … and I will be drooling over them as usual.

One expansion each year
Surprisingly, Blizzard is still planning to release one expansion each year. Of course, we still don’t know if it means 365 days after Burning Crusade, or BC in 2007 and WotLK in 2008.
